  Stay away from the Citi bank location on Garnet PB. These people are the truly incompetent. I did a cash payment to my Citi credit card on this ATM as I did at lest twice a month for a long time. However this time the machine malfunction, kept my cash and didn't provide a receipt. This happened on June 14 2025. It is now August 25 and after countless hrs and a visit to the branch there is no sign of my cash and the branch manager couldn't care less. I will seek legal advice at this point, not for the 500 but because this is so unacceptable for a big institution. So, if you can avoid this branch, do yourselves a favor before it happens to you.

  My business card is constantly declined for fraud that does not exist. I am not given a fraud alert on my phone, the phone number automatically disconnects, and online cannot provide support. I have to go to the branch every time - this has happened 7 times in the last 3 months. The branch cannot assist me any quicker than 1 hour, sometimes more than 2 hours, each time. Last week I received a call from Citibank - was told the same exact information I get from the branch, and that someone would be calling to follow up. No call. I have banked with Citibank since the 1980s - the level of customer service the last few years is mind blowing. When I went to exchange USD for Colombian money, the teller asked if Mexican pesos were okay. That is a different continent let alone country. I put something on Twitter and received bot replies to nowhere. Use Chase, where if there is a problem, someone will help you instead of give you a runaround to nowhere. OR a mattress - if the state bar allowed me to use a mattress, I would do that instead of using Citibank.

  La persona que nos atendió no sabía nada de su trabajo, esperé mucho tiempo para que me atendieran y aún así no supo hacer su trabajo, no sabía ni que documentos necesitaba y tuvo que llamar para preguntar que necesitaba yo para abrir una cuenta, hizo preguntas estúpidas y parecía que no tenía ganas de trabajar
