    Extremely rude and unhelpful. I needed to do a name change, a 5 minute task, and the woman banker (at the desk to the left when you walk in the door) literally said, "I can't help you this week, I am too backed up. There are other branches that can help you." ... She said this WEEK... it is a Tuesday. I was the only customer in the branch. Unacceptable customer service, I will never visit this branch again. My other bank processed my name change in 5 minutes that same day, no problem.

    This is a wonderful bank, and this branch in particular is especially good. The tellers are helpful and friendly. They have a new ATM machine which eliminates the need to write out a deposit slip and provides you with an image of any deposited checks. There are never long lines and you are in and out quickly. I highly recommend this branch of Cal B&T.

    I am not understanding why a bank would be closed in the middle of the day. I literally went there at 10am and the door was closed and the short lady pretended I was not in front of the door. I knocked and even waved. I came back at 230pm same day to complete a deposit and again the dark haired lady did not open the door and I even saw a man who kept his head down. I'm not coming back again. I'll stick to the north county branches even though they are farther away.

    Extremely rude and disrespectful service by the new manager. They used to make copies of checks that didn't have paystubs, but today I was told they were no longer doing copies in a very snarky voice. I'll be using a new bank due to this issue.
