Everyone else has always been kind and provided great service, but my dad was assisted by Maricela, whose behavior was unacceptable. My dad has three disabilities, and she treated him as if he were a burden. Rudely telling him to get out of the way while being noticeably kinder to other customers. She spent nearly an hour completing just two international transactions, repeatedly complaining about the time it was taking her to comeplete it. During this process, she sprayed disinfectant around him and on the area where he was counting cash he wanted to send, stating that he had “infected” the area and the money. This was humiliating, offensive, and discriminatory. No customer, especially someone with disabilities should ever be treated this way.
