Unfortunately, the staff here from my experience moves at an entirely different pace. Wasted 30+ minutes waiting for a banker to complete a simple task, no communication/no updates were provided, and ended up just leaving without getting my task accomplished. I would recommend using another branch location.

I understand it's hard to find people to work right now but that's no excise for poor customer service.
