They are all friendly, professional, efficient, and kind, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your banking experience exceptional. You’re always greeted warmly as you walk in. The bank teller, Kajal, is amazing, she always greets you with a beautiful smile and ensures your transactions go smoothly. Fara is wonderful, always kind, efficient, and very helpful. Angel is also accommodating and welcoming. And once again, the branch manager, Maria, is absolutely outstanding! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here.

They kept me standing on the other side a long time while they talked and acted like I was doing something illegal. I would have appreciated an explanation, maybe an apology and prompt response to correct the situation. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go to that branch again. Nor bank with them.
