    We were recommended to this branch of Citibank by a friend, and we absolutely love the branch manager, Maria, and her staff! They are all friendly, professional, efficient, and kind, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your banking experience exceptional. You’re always greeted warmly as you walk in. The bank teller, Kajal, is amazing, she always greets you with a beautiful smile and ensures your transactions go smoothly. Fara is wonderful, always kind, efficient, and very helpful. Angel is also accommodating and welcoming. And once again, the branch manager, Maria, is absolutely outstanding! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here.

    I had a problem with my ability to log into my simplicity Mastercard account and found that I had fradulant charges. I met with Mr Angel Perrone , one of the personal bankers. He exhibited patience, was very proffesional and performed outstanding service above and beyond. After about half a dozen visits he was able to correct several snags and contacted the fraud dept. and help me make a claim. Now I have access o my accounts so I can review and keep track of my transactions. Definetely changed my perception of a major banking institute like Citibank, Thank you again, Mr Perrone. 5 stars!!!

    Always a friendly greeting, by name, and an upbeat atmosphere with the folks behind the glass. I appreciate the personalized experience, much nicer than the typical consumer banks.

    I went in to cash a returned check because of a citibank error. Around $100. The clerk and her manager were behind a glass partition. They kept me standing on the other side a long time while they talked and acted like I was doing something illegal. I would have appreciated an explanation, maybe an apology and prompt response to correct the situation. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go to that branch again. Nor bank with them.
