  Went to open a account and was told in a real condescending and rude tone I needed to make an appointment. My Family has banked at this location since it opened. I will not bank with them ever and having my family change banks . Can't believe how rudely I was treated. And to top it off the manager was right their and heard everything. So it's not just the employees but the bank manager too. California Bank and trust coporate needs to read the reviews as they are losing business because how rude everyone that works at this location . I am one of many people who have posted how rude they are and the way that they treat people. This bank use to have the most friendliest and kind people. Definitely Not anymore. With so many banks to choose from. Only a ignorant person would bank here.

  Opened business account and it was arbitrarily closed. No call backs. No explanations. This bank is a joke

  The people that work in this branch or maybe some of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I go to this branch because my father-in-law has been doing business here for many years, and I have no idea why They are mean rude and completely unhelpful. Everything they do or say is no. I'm going to try to get him to leave this branch and go to a ban with some class if you're in the process of thinking about going to Calif bank. Don't!
