I'm not sure what really happened one day they changed there policies on everything (wont take cash to make payments on credit card) I again had problems with the credit dept, A very nonworking corporation. It's obvious that the attitude has come to a point of them washing there hands from the situation and stop batting for the customer and there needs.I had the last couple of years different situations had happened for a while decided I'm closing my accounts and wiping my hands from them. I went next door opened accounts and I got a cash bonus and they opened me with open arms and did everything I wanted.
