- QBQuarantined BoredomDec 23, 20255.0I visited the branch on December 23rd during one of the busiest times of the year, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of kindness and professionalism shown by the staff. The teller took the time to help me right away and even set up a quick appointment with a banker on the spot. They personally called customer service to explore every possible option regarding my check and clearly explained the outcome to me. Although my funds ultimately could not be released until January 2nd, I truly appreciated that they made the effort to advocate for me and didn’t rush me, even with the branch being very busy. Excellent customer service, patience, and genuine care! thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation much easier. Raul was great! And the teller was lovely (I’m sorry I failed to recall her name)

I withdrew cash inside face to face in the amount of $X,XXX using my ATM and pin number. That was around 10am today, 28Jul2025. At around 1:45pm, I checked my Wells Fargo App account and I had also withdrawal activity in Chestnut ATM in the amount of $500, the same day I went to Wells Fargo San Bruno El Camino branch. How did this happen??? I have my ATM card with me!!!! It means there's scammer inside the El Camino San Bruno branch that stole my pin number and ATM number to be able to withdraw in Chestnut ATM. I never bring my ATM anywhere only today since I will withdraw a fair decent amount of cash. I never add my ATM in my "Wallet" My point, El Camino Wells Fargo San Bruno is not a safe branch to take care of your banking business needs and your account is not protected and you are not protected. I never bumped into somebody who will copy my acct number. I never share my pin number to anyone, it is in my brain. I wish the Branch Manager investigate and look all the machines inside if there are chips inserted to copy the pin and copy the account number. I can't trust this location ever since and I can't trust it now.
