He helped me understand everything like if this wasn't my first time, he spoke with clarity and was very patient with me, all these reviews that are 1 star are nonsense, the entire staff was very welcoming, the energy I sensed walking into the building was far from negative, I'm glad this is the bank I chose

The reason is that while many teller windows were open and the really long line was progressing. One of the tellers made the decision to help a person who was not part of the formerly mentioned line. While there were people who had been in said line at least 20 plus minutes. Then she closed her window. This has happened to me before at this location.
