On the last time it happened before I closed my account the amount I lost was $330. They basically told me there wasn't anything they can do unless I wanted to file legal action against them. Yeah once a bank tells you the only way you can get your OWN money back is through legal actions. I said goodbye. The rep who closed my account asked for a reason. I told him my story and even he said I can't believe you have told that. I waste of 5+ years of banking with Wells Fargo... Terrible customer service and terrible banking. Chase is better
