  Armene provided “rare these days” type of exemplary customer service. I have a ton of experience dealing with customers and employees in the Aerospace industry and I would hire Armene with a quickness! She provided prompt, professional and courteous customer service from start to finish. Armene guided me through the entire process and help solve minor issues to complete my loan in less than a day. Armene worked through minor technical issues we had and stayed late to get the job done and kept a positive attitude. Regional Finance will definitely continue to gain customers as I will let others know about Armene’s great customer service. Need more employees like her. Keep up the great work and customer service, Armene!

  So apparently this specific location gives loans without any type of identification.My husband recieved a notice about a loan balance that has not been paid on his credit report and I can honestly say he never obviously did that,as we are in a very fortunate position to not have to do that,so when I called today 11/07/25 I asked what are the requirements to receive a loan and if they give loans thru their website or in person and if either way they need identification to prove who they are giving a loan to,the person I was speaking to said "of course that is correct "so then I told her about the situation of my husband's credit report and now she said well it depends,which obviously let's me know no they don't always ask for identification, so now we will be filling a police report against regional financial and whomever is unlawfully using my husband's #ssn,point is be aware of whom knows your personal info because these businesses are willing to give out loans to whomever is saying they are you to go and screw you when it's time for the loan to be collected
