- VSVirgil SalinasJun 7, 20252.0I'm going to have to close my account with Banner Bank. No branches are open on Saturday. Can't talk to anyone by phone on Saturday. Not good customer service on that issue. Customer service otherwise is excellent. No Saturday service is a big no no. Adios.

Ricardo was first to help me when I opened accounts Ricardo had everything prepared prior my arrival so a few signatures and I was set. Ricardo continued to help me as needed up until his transfer to another branch. That’s when Jose Castro branch manager began working with me. Jose provided the same professionalism and kindness. Banner Banks online banking is on another level compared to my previous experience with other banks that were slow difficult to navigate.
