- TWTired WandererNov 2, 20241.0This is the only Wells Fargo I can get to anymore due to work and it's honestly the worst I've ever had to use. Lines are ridiculous and out the door. People cut too and no one tosses them out for it, thinking it's just fine when others have been waiting in line for ages. They NEVER have enough tellers either which is infuriating. The tellers they do have give me bad, creepy vibes. There's better Wells Fargos to go to if you need one. Only use this one if you need to, but be warned, it's an unacceptable wait and experience. No courtesy, no quality.

How ridiculous is this. I don't have time to be standing in line. I have business to run not a bank.
- RRRosaMay 13, 20191.0This Wells Fargo is in a great location of Salinas and it is so convenient to have around but unfortunately the customer service here is horrible. The clerks are rude and make faces at you. There is one in particular she is a heavy set, I didn’t see her name tag but she was beyond rude. She didn’t greet me and to top it off she tossed the receipt at me. I hate this Wells Fargo! I have had several horrible experiences already but the location is extremely close to my home and work therefore I kept going there. Never again am I going inside! The only good thing is that they have ATMs outside.
