    Management was really unhelpful last year and kept giving conflicting information about foreign check depositing. I ended up losing the checks because it took multiple visits and nothing was resolved. The few checks that they did take, ended up with large fees. I never got the information back from rep who said he would resolve it with my foreign bank and took so long that they were no longer valid. Not a professional bank and every time a different piece of information.

    The supervisor called me for a previous visit and customer satisfaction. He encouraged me to banking with other banks if I can request the brand new $100 bills. He is rude and unprofessional. Wells Fargo will lose one customer.

    I've been going to this bank for the last 7 years and just had the experience of dealing with the worst bank teller I've ever had to deal with and her name is Sonam. I asked for help with finding out what account was my checking account on the screen so that I could deposit my money in the right account. She said she couldn't help me out and I needed to figure it out. After that I said they are all labeled savings so that's why I can't find it, to the right button. After that she replied " CAN'T YOU READ"!!!. All I can say is after she said that to me it went downhill really quick. Wiith customer service like that I'm really surprised that she's allowed to work with the public. WORST TELLER EVER, shame on you Sonman!! By the way all the other tellers are super nice and have helped me out every time I go in.
