- QSQueen SyncereDec 22, 20251.0The branch manager Daniela Zambrano was very rude to me n my daughter we took the bus here now we have to walk in the rain because she wanted to be rude about my ID ive been cashing my check here for four months now and today she wanted to give us a problem after the cashier whispering in her ear idk what was said i will be contacting higher management because she seems to only have problems with blacks which isn’t right

Not only did he reverse charges and credit it back to my account but he also gave me tons of financial advice while also explaining how the financial system operates. I really enjoyed our conversation and appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge and experience. I left there feeling like I made a new friend. This isn't the closest location from where I live. But the manager makes it worth the drive. I recommend this location to anybody with a Wells Fargo account .
