- TKTerry KDec 27, 20251.0Wouldn't take damaged bills. Wanted me to send them in. I went to another bank and they took them with question. And my account went below 500 for a couple of days and they changed me 10 dollars. If I didn't have a mortgage with Wells Fargo I would close my accounts.
- SAShah AjAug 30, 20251.0I went there to cash my check Nou Yang told me I can’t cash it I have to deposit it, after I deposit the check the teller said it will be available tomorrow and it was available per teller, so I went to withdraw some money Nou Yang won’t give me my money, what a stupid Mgr, she said the money must stay in my account for 4 days after that I can take out my own money. If they don’t know their job fire them.
- BRBety RiveraDec 7, 20161.0such a bad bank , my mom went to go open me a teen account and then they said they dont open accounts for teenagers. so i went to the wells fargo on del paso & they told me that was weird , that every wells fargo has teen accounts & they opened me one there . seriously that was ridiculous i had to go all the way to north sacramento to go open an account just cause this stupid bank didn't wanna open me one
