The checks are their checks and frequently cashed and deposited and have been banking with Wells Fargo over 10yrs. So why did this branch deny me of this transaction? I have tape to pay to verify my account. My DL is expired, but has not been the issue beforehand. Time to banking elsewhere!

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. GEVORG MNATSAKANYAN. His confidence, professionalism and superior customer service made me realize how magnificent a personal banker can be. Gevorg doesn’t just focus on relationship building, but he establishes trust amongst his clients and that is very important to the community. He provides resources or directs his clients to people who can provide answers to questions that clients need with the reassurance that we are in good hands. I truly believe that he is a key player to the Watt Ave branch. Also, Wellsfargo Financial Advisor Scott is an amazing person. Unlike other consultants that I have worked with, Scott is unique and charismatic. He doesn’t just give clients the answer to what they are asking for only but goes above and beyond to help his client choose the right financial path. His knowledge, sincerity and authenticity really make us feel that Wellsfargo has our best interest. I want to personally thank Gevorg and Scott for their ongoing support.

His commitment to the customer is UNMATCHED. Professional, knowledgeable, outstanding job. He deserves it and is the ambassador every company wants and needs. He was very nice and made you feel like you were just visiting with a friend. Not only that, but he is very polite, respectful and could answer any questions. GREAT, great employee who does an amazing job representing the company!
