I tried to create an account for my father and I bought his permanent residence card, his social security card and medical card and even bills showing address… Eric takes pride in proving that he is giving you a hard time and he is so unknowledgable, he was bent on saying that we bring in a Medicaid card. I kept on telling him medical is Medicaid in the state of California, but he was bent on proving that he is dumb. When he makes his support call, instead of being objective, he talks negatively on the phone with the support person and he kept saying they need Medicaid EOB. I have gone to another branch of Wells Fargo to open the same account and even support was called - I was able to open the account. Eric Chavez has no business being an account officer or business representative . He will chase clients away
