  STAY FAR AWAY! My experience with Wells Fargo has been consistently poor and deeply disappointing. Earlier this year, I held multiple 6 figures in CDs that were explicitly documented to roll over into an interest rate of approximately 4%. Instead, they were incorrectly rolled into accounts paying roughly 1%. This error materially impacted my returns and required corrective action on Wells Fargo’s part including paying back lost interest. More recently, I attempted to roll over a CD by phone and was told this was not possible and that I had to come into a branch. Wells Fargo’s default practice of rolling maturing CDs into ~1% products—while comparable terms are paying 3–4%—creates a significant earnings gap and places the burden entirely on the customer to catch and correct it. Quite frankly- it's criminal that they can force you into a fraction of what the fed funds rates are and then penalize you. When I came into the branch to move the funds into a 4% CD, I was informed I would be penalized nearly $500, despite the fact that the CD had been rolled into the low-yield account only one month earlier. No effort was made to review or waive this penalty, nor were any alternative solutions offered. It was like I was talking to someone who was, quite frankly, working at Mc Donalds. This never happens when I get service at Chase or US bank. Great job "banker"- this is the reason I'm closing this account. In addition, I have been repeatedly contacted by this particular branch- the continued, unsolicited outreach only adds to the sense of poor client management and disregard for stated preferences. As a high-net-worth customer, this pattern reflects poor systems, inadequate customer advocacy, and a lack of accountability in managing client assets. As a result, both my wife and I will be moving our personal and business banking away from Wells Fargo and would recommend others do so as well. I would also caution others to avoid this particular branch, as the service experience reflected a lack of training and proactive problem-solving. We expect better stewardship of our capital and solutions that meet our needs.

  Accompanied my parents for some banking matters that needed to happen in branch. ADA parking was satisfactory. ADA placards were on the doors but there was no automation or assistance. We were here for over an hour and there were no restrooms for customers. The best suggestion was to cross the street and go to a burger joint. This was not a viable option for my walker bound father.
