- JJJesus JaimesSep 29, 20251.0El día de hoy estuve en esté banco Intenté cambiar un cheke a mi nombre La señora que me antedio por no darle un id de california osea por no ser de EEUU Por ser extranjero y presentar mi pasaporte Me ofreció tener que esperar una hora para cambiar el cheke Deben de tener en cuenta a todo as las personas que les dan cuenta en este banco No deben de darle las cuentas para que las cajeras seña racista con uno por ser latino Gracias Today I was at this bank I tried to change a check to my name The lady who anticipated me for not giving her a California ID, I mean for not being from the United States For being a foreigner and presenting my passport He offered me to have to wait an hour to change the check They must take into account all the people who give them an account in this bank They shouldn't give him the accounts so that the cashiers sign racist with one for being Latino Thank you

- JMJordan MugfordNov 5, 20211.0Edmund was friendly and helpful. However, when Susanna tried to "help me" with my overdraft fees she interrupted me several times. I was told on the phone that I wouldn't be charged anymore fees. But Suzanna didn't want to reverse any of them, regardless of me having proof that the lady on the phone said I wouldn't be charged anymore fees. So frustrating. There will be less food on the table for my wife and 4 year old daughter because of this. Another greedy corporation trying to kick you while you're down. Oh, they are also understaffed so expect to waste a bunch of valuable time waiting in line. SUSANNA the "manager" WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.
