- EJEric JohnsonDec 9, 20251.0They were a little racist. Judged me off of my skin color. I came in with my EDD money card because I was currently on baby bonding time receiving EDD payments until I go back to work. Came in to withdrawal cash & the teller lied to me & told me my card declined & she told me she don’t know why. I went to many other Wells Fargo locations & had no problem withdrawing cash from my debit card. I went to another wells location & they were fine letting me withdrawl cash. Also waited in line for about 45 minutes with jusy 3 customers in front of me the whole time just for the teller to lie to me & tell me she basically couldn’t help me & told me to go to a different bank. I don’t suggest anyone to go to this location. I wish I got the teller name so I can let you guys know who it was. Definitely a middle age Latina women with black hair. Moving forward I wouldn’t bank with Wells Fargo ever over this situation.
