She left the counter, and helped the last person before me at the desks area. So what changed in 1 minute? Nothing. Management, please review CC tapes, and evaluate her employment. 3 employees. All women, Lauryn is Asain, the other 2 were brunettes Hispanic. 2 customers. 1 female located at window 1, and a male located in line waiting for Lauryn to return from the desk help another customer. Management, please review CC tapes, and evaluate her emploment. UPDATE: I spent 1 hour online trying to setup my account, and their verification precess could not verify me, because I have a full set of hair on my head. What a joke.
