All women, Lauryn is Asain, the other 2 were brunettes Hispanic. 2 customers. 1 female located at window 1, and a male located in line waiting for Lauryn to return from the desk help another customer. UPDATE: I spent 1 hour online trying to setup my account, and their verification precess could not verify me, because I have a full set of hair on my head. What a joke. UPDATE 1/6/2026 I did all the requirements for my $600 bonus. Where is my $600 bonus? I will start complaining to the BBB!

She is very kind and patient. The location is clean inside and spacious. A very welcoming environment as soon as I walked in, almost every employee said hi. Also, I went in without an appointment and they helped me out right then and there. I Definitely recommend this location.
