- OIone iotaAug 12, 20252.0There is a rule with their overdraft courtesy pay that if you deposit the overdrawn funds that same day, your account would not be considered overdrawn and you would not be charged the $33 courtesy pay fee. Well thats what i had done and then i see a $17 courtesy pay fee. Apparently the deposit has to be made before they close. Even though the date of the deposit was the same as the overdraft. I guess thats why i had to only pay half of the fee.

- BMBryan MeyerJun 17, 20251.0I've had two car loans with this company, and it's been a nightmare both times. I'm going to pay off my vehicle four years early so I never have to deal with them again. I recently raised my insurance deductible to $2,500, which will save me $3,000 a year because insurance rates in CA are ridiculous. Safe sent me a letter saying I can't do that, or I have to pay $75 a month to them to cover them. Basically, $75 a month to Safe for nothing in return. None of my other vehicle loans had a problem with this. Terrible customer service, and loans with them are always questionable. Do not use Safe Credit Union!
