- AFA O FNov 1, 20251.0I have to agree with the negative comments. This branch has some very unprofessional people. Good thing there are other banks to bank with. For there to be unprofessional people, the bank has unprofessional management and is unprofessionally managed.

I paid off the loan and they increased the minimum balance to more than what I had in the savings account. No notices or warnings the account minimum had changed once the car was paid off. They charged the balance down to $0 with fees each month, then closed the account. They say there is no way to make this right because the account is closed. This seems like the biggest scam I have ever seen. I do not know why anyone would support this business.
