- ALAnthony LaittaJan 24, 20251.0Quality customer care is hard to find. They give excuses on why they refuse banking options to their personal banking customers. If you travel a lot they are not an ideal bank. You cannot wire funds and take their time to send replacement bank cards. They request that you do everything in branch. Inconvenient if you’re not near one of their banking branches. Aka why I give them a 0 if your are a frequent traveler
