- MNMichele NelsonDec 15, 20255.0I have a Citi Bank credit card through Costco which I thought I lost until I found it! I went into the bank to see what I needed to do and the teller said because it was the type of card it is I had to contact customer service. So I was going to leave but a gentlemen that works there said “hold on I’ll write the number down for you”. He finished with his customer and wrote down 2 numbers for me. I didn’t get his name but I just wanted to thank them for being so kind. I came home and looked one more try and I found it. Thankyou I will save these numbers but hopefully I will never have to use them!
