Was made to come to this location from Citrus Heights because apparently this is the only location that cashes personal business checks… The check has their logo and they won’t honor it unless I drive y 30 mins each way a hour round the trip. Selfishness and greed at its finest. Ohh and the line was ridiculously long with only one teller on a Saturday after 4th of July Friday…… Make it make sense Edit. I’m back here again!!!! I hate this place!!!! I’m waiting at the window for going on 10 mins to cash a $100 Check!!!!!!!! They act like they don’t believe me I got my work shirt on and the business is on the check header!!!! I’ll never come back Citibank is the absolute worst
- GGGingerJan 9, 20211.0On Fri, 1.8.21, Greenhaven Branch employees were inside but the doors were locked. They didn’t answer the phone and there were 15 different signs taped to the front door that had an assortment of info including redirecting customers to other locations (e.g., Citibank on Alhambra Blvd). Please update your business hours on your website and clean up the messaging on your front door. Because the doors were locked, one couple tried the outdoor teller machine and the machine wasn’t working. I’m seriously considering closing my accounts and signing up with another bank.
