But the worst part is the ace cash express refuses to acknowledge any responsibility nor does the teller lose their jobs. They don't want any to do with having a negative reputation for hiring thieves. Somehow the policies of this company have opened a loophole that protects the thief employee and at the same time the customer takes the loss. This is my experience. My money was stolen at the El Camino store by the teller Sallina. Managed by Bianca .executive in charge Moses. No accountability to the detriment of the customer. Can you afford to loose your money and just let it go? I ure couldn't. It has caused Mr considerable hardship that has compounded into even more loss.
