It's ten minutes past opening and not a single employee answering the phone or anywhere to be seen. If you can't show up to work hire someone who will.

I made an appointment at 11am 2 weeks in advance with the banker, Yonatan Bello, to discuss my account. An hour before the meeting, he calls me and asks me to change my appointment to 4pm because he is in Granite Bay. I told him I could not, and then he tells me he will call me back. I called back multiple times, but no surprise, Yonatan never called me back.
I scheduled an appointment at a different Wells Fargo.
Rude and disappointing.
I wonder if he will finally call me back to take down this review.

Very bad customer service.
I was sent back 3 times because nobody wants to open an account for us. While we already have accounts with Wells Fargo. They keep on making excuses by saying we are very busy come back. Every time we go they are busy.
Manager did not try to help either. Instead of providing better customer service she said everyone is busy and I can wait in lobby but they will be going for lunch for 30 min. And if they have time they will open account otherwise we need to leave again.
Very poor customer service.
