- MOmikhay ocsapAug 29, 20201.0I called weeks ago to schedule an appointment to open an account to this particular location as it’s closer to where I live. I got there and my son per scheduled BUT COULDN’T ACCOMMODATE US ‘COZ THE PERSON SUPPOSED TO ASSIST ME DIDNT SHOW UP TO WORK. They offered me if they can go call other location if they have opening so I can go drive over there!!!? Seriously? What a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE! This location never fails to just DISAPPOINT THEIR CLIENTS! I guess if your a business client then they’ll have their doors open wide for you anytime of the day! So disrespected and will NEVER BE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!
