If you need account assistance “good luck” they really should close this branch if they can’t man it. 4 or 5 people in line expect a 30 minute wait to get to the window. 🙄

She just sat there waiting for me to ask her if she was gonna input my info on the computer or not. Literally just sitting there twiddling her thumbs.
