  Only 1 teller at almost all times. Please hire more. Shouldn't take an hour to wait in line and pick up a receipt. Everyone is nice at least but your tellers need support.

  This is the worst branch. No matter what day or time you arrive they only have 1 teller 2 if you’re lucky. If you need account assistance “good luck” they really should close this branch if they can’t man it. 4 or 5 people in line expect a 30 minute wait to get to the window. 🙄

  Absolutely Outstanding Service at Wells Fargo! I had an appointment today at 3 PM with my daughter to open her first debit card, and I must say — the experience exceeded all expectations. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were welcomed immediately without any waiting time. Our banker, Nicole, was truly exceptional — warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She explained everything in detail, making sure we understood every step. Her level of customer service was simply top-tier. We felt seen, heard, and respected. Another team member, Elena, also went above and beyond to assist us. Although we came in just to open a debit card for my daughter, both Nicole and Elena answered all of our additional questions, including those about credit card options — and explained everything clearly and patiently, even though English is not our first language. They made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our choices. We left with no doubts, no confusion — only gratitude and a great mood! Honestly, after such a wonderful visit, I don’t understand why this branch only has two stars online. Perhaps happy customers simply forget to leave positive feedback, assuming great service should be the norm. But we believe such amazing people deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Nicole and Elena, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We will definitely recommend this branch to everyone we know!

  I was there on Thursday, May 12 in order $2 bills I was told they cannot receive it on next Tuesday because it’s too late to order so they have to order next week and it should be about two weeks. I told them OK because I had to leave the town following week. When I was back I still haven’t received any phone calls. Three weeks later on May 24th I called them myself and I was told that they don’t have any $2 bills for me because they give away to other customers. Then I had to call back again next day and order with someone else. I still haven’t gotten any response within two days then I called again and talk to the first employee who I ordered with. She told me she’s ordering right now. It’s been a almost 4 weeks and I was told I will receive my order on Tuesday I still haven’t received anything. That is very unprofessional customer service. When customer orders $ employees have to be responsible to hold on to that customer‘s order. Very disappointed and not happy about their service.
