- RHRiyad Yusuf HarunJan 5, 20262.0Really slow, always constantly swapping people out, employees are extremely unprofessional and the bank manager acts like he's running a McDonald's rather than a financial institution. Shouldn't take 20 minutes for a basic transaction when it takes other tellers only 5, but they can't seem to keep employees. Corporate keeps shutting down locations and opening others as well, playing real estate whack-a-mole. This credit union used to be good, many years ago. Guess that's why they're getting bought out.

They were honest in telling me the dispute might be declined if there wasn’t enough proof, but they still took the time to walk me through everything and make sure my concerns were heard. The following day, I called back with additional information. I spoke with another SAFE representative who was equally professional and compassionate. They documented the new details, highlighted the company’s wrongdoing so that it would be visible to investigators, and reassured me that my case was being taken seriously. Both employees treated me like a person—not just an account number. They validated my feelings, showed genuine care, and gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. I don’t yet know the outcome of my dispute, but I want to thank the SAFE team members who helped me when I was at a low point. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
