    ATM never works. They link with no other credit unions. All this friend the mouth of the tellers

    I have a 20k credit on my Patelco Credit Card. I went in to a furniture store to make a relatively small purchase (2.5k). The card was declined. An update on this. Even though it was not her issue, our Roseville branch manager personally called leadership in the card services and was able to resolve. I really appreciated the time they took out of their day. Thank you!

    My family and I have been doing all of our banking with the Roseville Patelco branch for 23 years. I have financed a mortgage, car loans, and a credit card with Patelco. Both of my daughters have had accounts and car loans with Patelco. I have always received outstanding service, but above all the people there consistently go above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. They have made every financial request effortless.
