    As a member for thirty three years, I've used nearly all financial services with Patelco, and its been a joy. I've always received the best service, in branch, or, via phone or internet. Thank you Patelco, in working years and in retirement, my financial wellbeing has always been your goal.

    A check "bounced" just before their security breach. However the "bounced" check from Chase bank was actually PERFECTLY FINE. I got a new check from my employer... went to Chase bank and cashed it. So all that trouble and I get the cash in my hand from Chase bank. Guess what my reward for all that trouble is? Patelco ACCUSES ME of depositing a bad check. Again. HELLO. THE CHECK WAS FINE. THE ACCOUNT AT CHASE HAD THE MONEY. To this very day Patelco maintains "a red flag" on my account. Any check I deposit is now held for SIX DAYS. This sort of gaslighting is INSANE and INFURIATING. Stay away from this toxic quagmire of a bank.

    My 91 year old father is extremely hard of hearing. I'm trying to close an account he never opened ( a dealership did) and never uses. It has $1.51 in it. When I asked for accommodations for the hard of hearing, they said they have none. Every business we've dealt with where they need to ask him questions has allowed me to repeat the question so he can answer. They would not even allow that. Unacceptable and against ADA regulations.

    They are not allowing me to close an account for my disabled, elderly father who i have power of attorney over. They will fight you to not provide ADA accommodations for hard of hearing and other disabilities.

    ATM never works. They link with no other credit unions. All this friend the mouth of the tellers
