- MSMoises SantosMay 24, 20251.0Gave them all of my personal information and business information to attempt and open up a personal (SSI, DL home address) and (business bank statements) business account. Olga from customer service was nice enough to put me in a email thread with 3 other representatives and I have not heard a peep from anyone. No one responded to my email and my applications. I followed up and replied to all of them on the thread (30 days later) and nothing. Not a phone call, vm or email response back. Definitely feel like I didn’t fit (their mold). I also noticed the two other 5 stars are obvious Caucasian males and the other people leaving bad reviews have ethnic names with similar experience as I just did. I would advise to try another branch or another bank altogether.
