The manager is rude, wouldn't provide another customer with a receipt for a counterfeit bill that he received and generally talks down to her employees and the customers. Bank at the Rocklin or Sacramento branches if you value being treated well at your bank.

Today I went in to take out $12K. I was told they may not have enough money to pay me out. They said it was the first of the month--today is August 12, 2024--it isn't the first of the month. I was really upset because I was told I had to call first and get approved and make sure they had money in the BANK? What the heck! Then if that wasn't weird enough the teller ask me why I needed the money and what was it for. I told her it wasn't her business. She said I could not get my money if I didn't tell her what the money was for. I am moving to a new bank tomorrow. I have never been through such an unprofessional situation. Really kind of scary.
