  We needed to close our bank account and open a new one with Citibank branch at Rolling Hills, CA. We didn’t realise how involved this process is The help we received from the following bank representatives were outstanding: Megan Lau and Anne Trimble. Megan was extremely helpful, patient and Courteous, she made the whole process, with Anne’s support, so easy for my wife and I. Megan also followed through with us by multiple phone calls to ensure that we received the new debit cards and check books on time. We could not ask for better service and support. Both Megan and Anne should be highly commended together with the Rolling Hills branch manager

  Customer service here is extraordinary. The bankers are friendly and very engaging when assisting with transactions. Most impressive is how fast they solve problems. I had an issue, which led to another issue, and led to another issue. Every new issue that I presented them they were able to counter quickly with a solution. Friendly and intelligent banking staff. I’m very pleased to have this branch as my home bank.

  This is the worst bank I have every been involved with. they froze my personal account without any notice (they said they sent emails to an email address that I have never heard of) because they needed some updated information. Then they closed an account automatically for non-activity, but $10,000 to 50,0000 goes in and out of that account five days a week. The employees are so unhelpful and can care less. They just said, "It was a computerized determination, sorry about that," but had no clue on how to rectify it. Don't even think about banking here.

  I have left about 20 messages via voicemail and email to the representative who was supposed to help me and the manager. I opened an account and the service has been 1 star ever since. This is before Covid and I would die them -5 stars since Covid. It has been 5 months of trying to get ahold of someone. I went into the branch and it was a 30 minute wait. Meanwhile, for my business account with First Republic, I have always had someone get right back to me. I highly recommend First Republic if you actually want someone to help you.

  This is generally a quiet, sleepy branch, which means way shorter lines than other branches. Staff has been genuinely friendly to me at every visit. I recommend these guys.
