- CUCars R usOct 24, 20181.0I own a small business my self I understand what it means to be respectful and take care of my customers, but at this location the branch manager is just awful....every other person inside the branch is super nice and friendly except the fake branch manager....I used to go to that bank at least few times a day...now I have to travel to Roseville from Rocklin just to avoid going to this bank....I have a platinum business account and she every single times want to charge me extra for the cashiers check fees, and she is the only person inside that branch that does this to us. and she likes to make a scene in front of every other customer and gets loud ...GOSH I DONT KNOW WHY SUCH A BIG COMPANY WOULD HIRE A PERSON LIKE THIS???? I REALLY NEED ANSWERS ….I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH ANY MORE.....
