Due to Brenda’s (hope I’m remembering that correctly) quick actions everything was rectified! She took it all very seriously & was professional. She also made sure we understood everything & suggested steps for increased protection! Like Wonder Woman for banks! Situation could have escalated if any time had been wasted. Thank you!!!

I was told the next available time wouldn’t be for another 2-3 days. No effort made to reschedule sooner or accommodate the inconvenience. Unprofessional and frustrating.

Rude, to say the least. Unprofessionalism of the highest order. The teller, however, was helpful and courteous… but as an institution, this branch still gets 1 star.
