I think the current low rating must be from the occasional person who has an off experience or didn't like what they were told and because of the thousands of us who have positive experiences don't usually take the time to rate a bank or tell the public where they bank. But when some one is mad, they sometimes want to strike back, so maybe that's where the low reviews are coming from? Umpqua has been probably my favorite bank in all my years. They are just regular people trying to do their best.

Every time I go to this location, I get to endure her extremely negative attitude and it does not feel good to be insulted every time. Sometimes, she's all at the front desk so you don't have any other options but to face her wrath. If she hates customer service, then I don't understand why she is at the front desk. I could hear her be rude to other customers while standing in the line as well. Please fire her for customer's sake. She is replaceable and this branch can find better representative than Christine who just loves being rude at every customer.
