- BWBrad WrestNov 22, 20231.0Umpqua at this branch does not know what customer service means. Christine, specifically is very rude to her customers. Every time I go to this location, I get to endure her extremely negative attitude and it does not feel good to be insulted every time. Sometimes, she's all at the front desk so you don't have any other options but to face her wrath. If she hates customer service, then I don't understand why she is at the front desk. I could hear her be rude to other customers while standing in the line as well. Please fire her for customer's sake. She is replaceable and this branch can find better representative than Christine who just loves being rude at every customer.
