- RMRafael MercadoDec 3, 20251.0Wouldn't recommend this bank or location to anyone, I came in to withdraw money from my monthly disability, and they took my money n said it was lost in the transaction and instead of fixing their mistakes, they forced me out and told me i had to fix it myself.. I depend on this money for rent and living and they simply didnt care.. I think the manager who kicked me outs name was Ralph.. worst transaction ive ever dealt with and for the bank to rob me of my money is crazy
