They don't even have the common courtesy to call and let you know they are short staffed and won't be able to see you, even though you have to schedule an appointment online atleast a week prior. If you have the option to go to a different place do so the manager is incompetent and the tellers are slow,usless and rude.

The positives: for being in downtown they never have long lines! Very friendly and most employees go out of their way to provide good service.
