- JZJoey ZDec 11, 20251.0This company is a scam. Their branch manager mailed out a check made to me as a loan without my authorization. It was in my mailbox. I recieved a thick envelope from them with an unsolicited $2,600 live check in the mail. It can be deposited or cashed. The interest rate is on over 30%!!! I believe this to be unfair loan terms. I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM REGIONAL FINANCE. I believe these are meant to target individuals already struggling financially and are intended to trap the receiver in a cycle of debt. The very definition of predatory lending.
