- JAJose ArballoDec 27, 20251.0Ever since they got bought a few years ago its been getting progressively worse. Ap doesn't work well, and everything is linking back to that. Noone is answering or able to give information about a fraudulent charge and the ap says to use a widget that is broken.

After driving an hour out to the branch to complete the process for opening an account, at first they were unable to figure out why the system was unable to process my application. Then the branch manager comes out after almost 30 mins to tell me that they need to verify my complete DOB and they need my birth certificate. Never in my experience of opening an account or getting a loan did I need to provide my birth certificate. It’s not a document that I carry around with me. Moreover, in the email I was only told to bring my SSN, drivers license and a proof of address. Unwilling to help, she denied my application. Not to mention, the same credit union approved my loan. But now because I cannot open the account, they will definitely be losing a customer as I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Time to join another CU. 10/5/22 Next day. SAME STORY
