The person who helped me with the name change completely changed the account and now the account won't accept a direct deposit from her disability. This is why there are disabled people that are homeless. They have no one to advocate for them. This mess is going to take months to fix. Trying to get a real person on the phone is like pulling teeth.

They make appointments then flake, are incapable of opening a business account in a sitting, don't follow corporate procedures, don't communicate with customers, and generally just waste everyone's time and could care less. Obviously the branch manager is to blame and should be replaced. Looking forward to a new experience with another bank.
