They outsource labor for their customer service, leaving you with no genuine help on the phone at all. The physical locations are hardly better, as half of the time, in MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, tellers will not care about your situation and put you down for asking them to do their job. "Need to unlock your checking account to eat and pay rent? Nah, give it weeks on end with no updates. Want to deposit spare change? Nah, we only accept rolls and since we don't have a machine, you need to organize them yourself while we gossip with other coworkers". Callousness and Greed are the core principles of this company. No wonder more and more people switch to credit unions.
