- EDEric DeLucaDec 16, 20251.0All I can say is just wow. I am an Altura member. I went into this location to cash in my change on my lunch break, I don’t get off work till after banking hours and start before, to be told that I have to go to ANY other location as they are the only location without any form of change machine. So as a member you’re not allowed to deal with any change at this location. Upon walking out I stated I will be closing my accounts due to this sad excuse for service and even with that they didn’t even offer the closest location or rollers so I could roll the change for them. Terrible customer service and honestly somewhat sad and disappointing that my own bank can’t help me process money. That’s crazy to me. Especially when I’m told that literally any other location could help me out.
