However I work in Riverside I went into this location to do a withdrawal. I only had my ATM card on me however they make you bring a picture ID as well to do withdraw inside the branch. I have my DL on my digital wallet. But they refused to accept that. The branch manager Daisy said once we get familiar with your face we will be able to not require your DL to do a withdrawal WTH. So now I need to engage in conversation with all the employees there . On the next visit they can recognize. Do to the inconvenience I have closed my account. What’s the point of having a ATM card with your pin. PNC bank as well as Wells Fargo do not require to show your DL.
- SSscarletNov 21, 20251.0I called the bank because I was confused about a Zelle deposit and just needed help understanding why the full amount wasn’t showing. The representative I spoke to, had an attitude in the WAY she talked to me, and her TONE of voice made me feel like I was in trouble. It honestly made me feel scared & have an anxiety attack. When I mentioned that my husband had used my card with my permission, she told me he shouldn’t be using it because he’s not on the account. I understand that might be bank policy, but the way she said it made me feel bad, even though I was just trying to figure out what was going on. She could have simply explained things kindly, like letting me know it was because of previous charges and low available funds. I wasn’t trying to argue or do anything wrong I just needed help. Her tone made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be.
