- EMEddie MartinezJul 14, 20251.0Card is always getting hacked, I always have to go get a new card, today I went to the gas station thinking my card was working mind this I only had 40 miles of gas and I had work the next day, when I got to the gas station my card didn’t work and I called customer service and they said my card had been blocked so I had to call out of work just to get a new card since the banks wear closed at 530 pm I will be going to another bank.

One of my daughters went into this branch to retrieve a Cashier's Check and was asked by the teller, "Where did her money come from?" The teller tells her that this question is asked when disbursing cashier’s checks.... as my daughter Stands there and WAITS for her OWN MONEY I Say this to Say, I myself and several of my business associates have banked with Altura for many years, and all have requested checks in Larger Amounts and I've Never been asked "Where have my funds came from", nor have I been left waiting for access to my Own Money!!. Altura has FULL visibility into account activity, so why the inconsistency, Why play this type of game and Profile Altura Credit Union!?
- KKKyieshaJan 28, 20251.0My comment is not because of this branch, it’s because of the company. I had an issue with my credit card and a merchant and my card was locked. My card had been locked because of this merchant but Altura let the charges go through. When I called, they had the nerve to tell me my card was not locked and I told them I had photo evidence and then the story changed again. In all the years I had my account with this company, I never been lied to so bad. To all the people who are thinking about doing business with this company don’t. Unless you want to be lied to and robbed at the same time.
