- MMMike McGrunt1994Apr 16, 20231.0THIS BANK CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! I obtained a personal loan for an RV during my marriage. My now ex was given the RV (and payments) by the court via decree. Both Altura and the collection agency were given a copy of the order, but refuse to remove me from the debt/ account,even after being ordered by the court to do so. They are also BOTH reporting the debt to credit agencies which is a double report ( illegal and immoral). I wouldn't do business with these clowns again if they paid ME!!!! They will do you dirty every time... I hope they are the next one to collapse!!!
