- JFJames Ford2 days ago1.0Incredibly outdated bank. I tried adding my card to apple pay and it would only let me verify through phone call! It’s 2025, get with the times! Of course as I call they’re closed! Such terrible operating hours. You are a major bank in the 12th largest region in the country, you should at least have an after hours line for issues such as this. It means I can’t even access my own money! It’s being held hostage by this bank until they re-open Monday. Do better.

- CNCarlos NavarroSep 4, 20251.0You need to stay open untill time on doors.... people have less then a hour to get home and get to the bank as it is and you close the doors at 520-525.time closes is 530 keep the doora open till then... you work inside controled temp room and you cant stay open till your actual close time.

Had my card randomly stop working on Saturday and it was already past 1pm so I couldn't go to the bank to fix this issue nor could I contact any online or phone support and they didn't open again until Monday. Other than that they're fantastic
